The apartment is part of Arcata Vacation Suites, a six-unit vacation rental compound in the heart of Arcata. Built in the first half of the 20th century, the property is both charming and funky. Our space features an off street parking space and is one of our most private units on the property. It has a semi private yard space but also has access to the rest of the shared yard space and propane fire pit as well. Guests also have access to the coin-op laundry room.

For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage.
