Summary: First the good. Check in was easy and quick. There was plenty of parking and it did feel safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. This is an old property that someone has attempted to update. The problem is the renovations were done very sloppily. If they dripped paint on the new floor it’s still there, if they had extra grout for the floor tile, they didn’t wipe it up…they just left it. The water was also an issue. It smelled so strongly of iron, I could not brush my teeth with. Along with that smell, the air freshener they used in the room was so overpowering that I woke up with a sore throat.
