THE PROPERTY:
This home offers two bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed and pack 'n play available in one, and two children's twins in the other. A half bath completes the top floor, which overlooks the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams in the living room below. Downstairs boasts a sunroom with dining area, a kitchen with breakfast bar, and an additional bedroom with two twin beds. A full bath with laundry completes the first floor.
Outside you'll find a large deck with adirondack chairs and a grill overlooking pocket views of the pond. Enjoy a book in the hammock and relish in the quiet sounds of an adjacent brook and conservation land.

THE AREA
A quarter mile down the dirt road, you'll find the association beach with swim dock. Kayaks are stowed next to the beach for guest use on quiet 21-acre Chalk Pond.
