If you are looking for the perfect home in Bella Vista you've found it. We have plenty of space for families or friends to get together and so many things to keep everyone busy and happy. We are just yards from the Back 40 trail! Our house offers games for the kids, foosball, pingpong, tv in the master bedroom, living room, and downstairs family room, desk for working, large multi level deck for cookouts and enjoying a beautiful Arkansas evening after a day of riding.
The Space:
Our space offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master has a king bed, tv, and attached bathroom with stand-up shower and separate jet tub. Also on the first floor are bedrooms 2 and 3 which have a twin trundle bed in one and king in the other. Downstairs we have a great space to hang out after a busy day riding or sightseeing. Set up with it's own mini fridge, coffee station, popcorn machine, foosball table, games, bathroom, and bedroom with 2 twin size, and 2 queen size bunk style beds. You will also enjoy the ease of storing your bikes or playing ping pong in the garage. Rather you're visiting to ride the trails or see all that NWA has to offer, we know that you'll enjoy your stay with us.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except for 3 locked closets.
The Neighborhood:
Located right on the Back 40 trail for the easiest access to shredding and exploring all day. We are also close to 2.4 miles to Mad Hatter Trail Head, 1.9 miles to Wonderland Trail Head, 2 miles to Metfield Gold Complex, 3 miles to Snowbird Trailhead, 2.4 miles to Bella Vista Lake Park, 3.5 miles to Lake Brittany, along with so much more.
Getting Around:
We are close to so many things NWA has to offer. Some of the other things you might want to check out while staying with us is Crystal Bridges (7.2 miles), Scott Family Amazeum (7.1 miles), Downtown Bentonville (7.1 miles), Lake Windsor (5.4 miles), Lake Ann (5.6 miles), Lake Brittany (3.5 miles), Lake Avalon (5.7 miles).

We love dogs, so your furry friends are welcome! Dogs are allowed with prior approval at this property. There is an additional fee of $40 per pet per stay that will be charged after booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you plan to bring a dog so that we can get it approved. We ask that you clean up your pets waste out of the yard during your stay. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated when no one is home with them (kennel is not provided so we ask that you plan to bring one). Additional fees will apply for excessive hair or other additional cleaning due to not following pet rules.
