Enjoy your time away at the Bigfoot Bungalow in scenic Hoodsport, located 4 miles from Lake Cushman, Lake Kokanee and walking distance to town. Whether you are hiking, biking, boating or simply enjoying the gorgeous Pacific Northwest landscape, this cozy home has everything you need. Fall asleep to the sound of Finch creek, read a book by the fireplace with the idyllic scenery behind you or explore and discover what nature has to offer at close by water features.
The space
Home is located in Hoodsport, within walking distance to town. There are bikes for guest use. Make sure to check out the local wineries, distillery, restaurants, gift shop, and grab a scoop of ice cream while exploring downtown!
Outside you will find a fire pit, gazebo with dining space, and yard games. Inside the home are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room and kitchen area that does not have a stove, but has a microwave, toaster oven and hot plate to cook meals. There is one spot for parking under the carport and enough for 2 more vehicles on the property by the road.
You will find yourself close to Lake Kokanee and 4 miles to Lake Cushman.
We allow for 6 guests. Sleeping arrangements include 1 queen bed in the main bedroom, 1 queen pullout sleeper sofa, and 1 full over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. Adults are not allowed on the top bunk bed.
Family time here couldn't be easier with a mini high chair, pack-n-play, outlet covers, and kid-friendly utensils, plates, and cups. Make sure to take a selfie with our Bigfoot mural in the kitchen or our outside Bigfoot and use the hashtag #BigfootBungalow on all your social media channels! Bring your own app logins for the tv.
The Bungalow is pet friendly, allowing 2 dogs max for additional $50 fee for one dog and $75 for 2. Be sure to keep your pup(s) on leash at all times outside, there is no barrier to creek or road. All pet waste must be cleaned up and dogs supervised at all times.
*Cell service is spotty on the property, we do have Wifi. Children must be supervised at all times as there is no barrier to creek in backyard.*

We have an optional Bigfoot Treasure Hunt add-on. You will attempt to solve 13 clues located inside and on the property for the treasure hunt. It should take you a couple of hours to solve. If you are successful in solving the clues during your stay, you will find the coin(s) you purchased in the treasure chest! There could also be coins from previous guests who were unsuccessful in claiming the treasure. The starting package price is $50. This includes 1 copper coin in the treasure chest waiting for you if you solve all 13 clues (A value of $20+). Additional copper coins can be placed in the chest for $25 each. The second package is $75. A 1 oz silver cryptid coin will be placed in the treasure chest and will be yours if you solve all 13 clues (A value of $50+). Additional silver coins can be placed in the chest for $55 each. All the coins are Bigfoot or other cryptids. These are high-quality and pure copper or silver coins. These clues are challenging and fun to solve. You won’t want to miss out on this fun and engaging treasure hunt that you will talk about for years to come!
