Summary: 1. This is a motel, not a hotel. 2. Spacious clean rooms. 3. Breakfast buffet is more extensive than most such places, but it is all still that kind of American motel breakfast. Nothing really good. 4. The check-out time is a stingy 11AM, rather than the standard 12 noon, and the have a printed policy saying they will charge $50 for late check-out. 5. Location is close to a T green line station, but T green line currently interrupted by construction, requiring use of shuttle buses to get to/from downtown Boston.
