Whether going to the beach, fishing, hunting, birdwatching, or just hanging-out, this delightful house is equipped to provide you with a pleasurable stay. It has an outstanding location in a quiet, safe, well-maintained neighborhood within minutes of the boat ramps.
The Bungalow is unique in that it offers amenities for all ages to enjoy. What makes this property special is the stocked pond for your "catch and release" pleasure. Plus, there is a paddle boat and kayaks moored at the dock for your use on the pond (do not remove from pond). Be mindful, life jackets are required for children and all pond activities are at your own risk. A well-maintained trail around the pond invites you to take a nature walk or get some exercise as you observe various waterfowl stalking fish. Additional birdwatching from the deck promises endless entertainment. A plus is the seasonal arrival of purple martins to the gourd racks to raise their young. And of course, pet mallards and geese roam the property and eagerly await someone to throw them some corn that is stowed on the deck.
THE BUNGALOW has 2 full beds in one bedroom and two twin over full bunks in the other. There is a daybed with a trundle in the Living Room making a total of 8 beds available.
Your, well-disciplined pet is welcome. We insist that pets are not to be allowed in the bedroom or on furniture. Please, allow the local fowl to see your pet to give them time to flee to the pond for safety. The deck is gated so that you can secure your pet while enjoying the view.
A few words about the security cameras--they are unarmed during your stay to insure your privacy. They are in use only when the house is vacant. They are aimed at the yard so we can watch our feathered friends while we are away.
