The calendar is for both Cooperstown Dreams Park and the All Star Village, it is the same schedule for both baseball camps. -Walk to Walmart is about a football field length, a nice feature of the home is that behind the house is a mountain with great trails that is rarely visited yet across the street in the other direction through a small trail is Walmart whose parking lot is connected to the mall. The property is extremely quite at night.
The apartment is attached to a 4 bedroom house that is separated by a garage, noise is not transferred between the two places.
We also own and rent a 5 bedroom house next door so if you need more options for renting please consider. There is about a 75ft lawn between the two properties.
