Summary: The room was clean but the headboards were scratched up and looked dirty. I would replace them if I owned the resort. The hot tub worked fine, was hot but had no lights whatsoever in it or around it. Just street lights. The front desk worker was doing her best but it was only her second day on the job and she was left alone. That's not right to do to your staff. She was struggling with basic check because she was not properly trained and did not know what to do. She was problem solving and called another manager to walk her through things. She was very attentive and helpful but could not answer basic questions about the property. Being so new, she should have had a second person working with her. That is not professional to leave an entire resort in the hands of someone who is not properly trained and so new.
