It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 6 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything. Property has plenty of room to accommodate 1 person to groups of 12-15 guests depending on your preferences. The living room has ample space and a 55 inch smart tv with the Golf channel/network. The Property consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master located on the first floor has a king bed and tv.
