Summary: The Property is neat, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately, the evening we arrived the heat had been off for several hours and the Unit was far too cold to stay. It appears there had been a power outage at some point and the heating unit did not restart. It took several tries over half an hour to get the heating unit up and running - we did have TM support from the property manager during that time. Once we got the unit running, we left for 4 hours to allow the unit to get warm. When we returned, it was improved but still not even 70 deg. During the night, the occupants of the unit above us came in about 2:00AM and made such a racquet that it woke us. Sound transmission from the unit above is such that you can hear conversation. I requested some level of compensation for our not being able to use the unit for the hours required for it get to a reasonable temperature. That request was denied.
