Recently renovated, the ranch is on a quiet country road just south of Sebastapol, with views of horses, vineyards, and local farms. Only 15 minutes from the Barlow and downtown Sebastapol, this is a real country getaway, yet still close enough to town that you can take advantage of Sebastapol's restaurants, bars and wineries. The pool and hot tub are brand new in 2022. Only 25 minutes from Bodega Bay, the coast is an easy drive when you're ready to explore!
The home has a great room that looks out over the scenic yard and pool with vineyard views. This sitting area, breakfast nook and kitchen are the heart of the home. There is a formal dining room just off the kitchen, and a living room with 65" TV with cable and streaming services. The living room sofa opens up to a full queen bed if needed.
