The mainfloor offers a full kitchen with tools for home cooked meals and a dining room is spacious enough for gatherings, which opens into a living room which has additional bistro seating, leather couches and comfortable chairs. There is 55" Smart Roku TV w/ sound bar above the decorative fireplace.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each have queen sized beds.
Downstairs you will find a whole additonal living space perfect for movies or games with a 75" Smart Roku TV w/ sound bar and kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator. The downstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and the other with two twin-XL-sized beds. The couch of the entertainment room has a fold-out bed for sleeping additional guests.
Out back you'll find the hot tub, grill, deck and patio area with two large tables and seating for 16. Outdoor lighting extends your enjoyment of the space after the sun goes down! Please refer to our house manual for instructions on operating the hot tub.
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the home, laundry room and garage. There are two locked storage closets in the basement for our cleaning staff.
