There are a total of three full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed.

Guests are given five parking spots in the driveway.
All additional vehicles will need to park on the street. Host is not responsible for issues associated with street parking.

• Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately.
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
