The Space:
Large waterfront home in Ocean Pines, Maryland. This home offers three bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, one half-bathroom and plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. The living area features a nice-sized living room with vaulted ceilings, a fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, dining room and a half-bathroom. There is a nicely furnished waterfront sunroom off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The nicely landscaped backyard and patio provide plenty of space for your favorite outdoor activities. The first-floor master bedroom is waterfront and features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom with a soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom features four single beds and a television. There is also a loft on the second floor with a sleep-sofa, desk, television and balcony, which provides additional living space and another sleeping area. The second full-bathroom is centrally located on the second floor and easily accessible from both bedrooms and the loft area. Ocean Pines offers many amenities a la carte including pools, golf, tennis, marinas, parks, beach club and more. Additional information can be found at the Ocean Pines community site. Ocean Pines offers the best of both worlds … a classic beach resort community that is a lot less hectic than Ocean City, but is only a short drive from Ocean City’s beaches, restaurants, amusements and shopping. Ocean Pines itself offers several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, yacht club, grocery store, shopping and more. Rental does not include use of the boat dock or lift. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon
receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
