Recently renovated with its new grill and seating, the spacious outdoor area of this recently remodeled home is ideal for alfresco dining. It has two decks. The house has an open floor plan, and a large, contemporary kitchen, and is well adorned after a recent renovation.
It is ideal for families, friends, and coworkers with its three bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The master bedroom has a separate workplace for finishing work and a full bathroom. Every piece of furniture and appliance is brand new.
You will be given a 4-digit code for a keyless entry and smooth check-in for the keypad front door.

House Rules:
- No unauthorized events/gatherings/parties (please inquire for any events)
- No smoking (including E-cigarettes) anywhere inside or outside within 10 ft of the property. Any violation will result in an additional $250 cleaning charge.
- No commercial use without permission.
- No pets, sorry!
- Maximum capacity of the house is: 9 people overnight. Daytime visitors are okay.
- Please respect the neighbors; Quiet times from 10 pm on weekdays and 12 am weekends. No loud noise, parties or any type of event that will disturb neighbors or the surrounding area are allowed.
- Any guest that stays at the property on Wednesdays, please have the trash containers out for garbage truck pick up. Thank you!
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We would like to provide a clean and undamaged home and a magical experience for every guest, in relation to that all bookings require a $300 security deposit. It is just a hold on your credit card and it will be released 3 days after your departure. You will receive the full amount after a thorough inspection and no damages have been done to the house.
Things that will result in partial/total loss of security deposit:
- Any kind of smoking inside of the house
- Damage to the property beyond normal wear/tear
- Unauthorized gatherings/parties
- Breaking max guest rule
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Cleaning fee to cover cleaning occurs at check out, no maid service during stay. After check-out and before check-in, between reservations, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
