Treetop 39 is a cozy two-story, 2 bed/1.5 bath townhome in the Treetop complex. Set back behind the trees, the Treetop community offers total privacy.
The 1st floor offers a fully stocked kitchen, half bathroom, dining for six, and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa couch, wood-burning fireplace and (new!) private deck.
The bedrooms on the 2nd floor provide complete privacy from the main level. The master suite features a queen bed, private deck, and connects to the shared full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed, while the hallway has 2 child-size bunk beds for the kids to enjoy comfortably.
The home is conveniently located just 130 yards from the slopes and a quick 3-minute walk to the Village. Additionally, the complex is located directly across from Wildcat Provisions and a short walk to Split Rock Pools.
**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.
A Few Notes to Mention
Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.
