3 Bedroom Cabin in Lincoln
Tito and Jo's is two cabins on one property. 2 hours from KC. Two cabins offers nice separation for multiple family trips, older kids, the in-laws, a bathroom away from the crowd, etc. Both cabins have bathrooms with showers. The main cabin is 800sqft and offers a full kitchen (no dishwasher), two bedrooms, loft area with daybed, living room, dining table and a large wrap around deck. The smaller cabin is 2-story and 400sqft. Two beds on the upper floor and a fold-out couch on the lower.
The properties are situated on 1 acre of land with dense trees all around and the Lake of the Ozarks right out front. Follow our trail straight down to our dock (the trail does cover some elevation providing you free exercise during your stay!). Enjoy swimming, fishing, the (2) kayaks, a canoe or just sit and relax. This area is known for some great fishing. There is a cozy fire pit nestled in the trees between the two cabins (wood provided). Lots of privacy. You won't see many cars passing by during your stay. The few neighbors in the area will roll by on their side-by-sides but for the most part it will be you and your guests.
Located at the 71MM of the lake, we are far away from the typical LOZ hustle. This is more of a cabin in the woods escape versus a trip to party cove! There are a couple restaurants, Kat's Place and BuckNaked, about 20 minutes away. Triple Creek Golf Course in Cole Camp is 18 miles away. Fun course. There are no grocery stores or convenience stores within 30 minutes, so do your best to pack what you need.
We have a TV in each cabin and one for viewing from the porch or fire pit. The WiFi is great. Cell service is unlikely but all phones should have the ability to function on WiFi calling.
The last 5 miles of travel are on gravel roads but any vehicle can travel it. You are welcome to use our dock slip (10' x 20') for your boat. Give us a heads up if you intend on doing this as we keep a small fishing boat in there typically. There is a boat ramp about 10 minutes away. LOZ drops their water levels during the winter so our cove can vary in depth during this period. Drought conditions can influence the water depth, as well. We have regular professional pest control and do our own regular cleanings but please understand these are cabins in the woods and not a Marriott! Flip through all the pics to see anything we missed. Most of all we want to be providing what you are expecting so please ask questions.
