Fantastic location directly across the cove from Margaritaville Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft is located only minutes by car or water to shopping, dining and entertainment. Our guests will enjoy a spectacular view of Margaritaville's fireworks display over Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day Holidays. This condo is perfect for 12 guests. The primary/master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and offers a private bath while the main level guest bedroom provides a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath on the main level. The loft bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and also provides a private bath as well as an additional open loft area which as 2 additional twin beds. All 3 bedrooms, living room and loft game area provide ceiling fans & televisions. This condo also comes with central air & heat, stainless appliances, updates to kitchen and all bathrooms. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy of kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 24' covered, calm water boat slip and PWC slips available for an additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove.
