You are due a vacation this year and we can’t think of a better place to vacation than this modern classic Hatteras bungalow. With custom wainscoting, shiplap ceilings, upscale countertops and tile backsplashes, this home is straight out of Coastal Living magazine. As you pull into the driveway, you are greeted by a covered front porch with craftsman detailing. The elevator does the heavy lifting for you so you can start your vacation off right at your private swimming pool with inset kiddie pool and swim-up ledge. Soak in some sun in the outdoor lounges or hang at the poolside Tiki bar for cool beverages and snack buffets.
There could be no bluer views than from the decks of this home as you relax in Adirondack chairs with a favorite novel. Water surrounds you at DUE EAST with the Pamlico Sound on two sides and a marina on another. As you enter the home through the foyer, two king master bedrooms are on either side, each with master baths with custom tile. Two more master bedrooms are located upstairs, one with 2 single beds and the other a king master suite with french doors leading to your private porch overlooking the pool.

Summary: Excellent house with great views. Would definitely recommend to others. Only issue was hot tub water not getting very hot a few days into our stay.
