This space used to be two apartments and a storage room. I restored and opened up to one large apartment and a recreational room. 12' ceilings and hard wood floors as well as claw foot bathtub and vintage fireplace with lots of beautiful wood trim. Recreational room has a bar and pool table. I also put in a gym in the laundry room to enjoy working out without leaving the building. Walking distance to local grocery store, restaurants, theatre among other shopping experiences in downtown Norton.
