Positive: This trip was for a yearly visit with family in Flippin. The house had plenty of room and was comfortable. A little farther than we like to drive..but still ok. Served our purposes very well. We will consider this property for our next visit...hope the upgrades are done by then because we did enjoy our time here. With a little more TLC this could be an exceptional property.

Negative: The house just was not as clean as it should have been. There were not enough towels and bath cloths left out. Kitchen area had not been cleaned very well. Very unorganized. No kitchen towels or dish soap left accessible. However the owner did address this problem during our stay and we were able to bathe and cook with no problems. We would however highly recommend different cleaning service. They are doing bare minimum. Carpet and furniture need upgrade...owner is aware and plans to address this as well.
