Modern, sparkling clean beach cottage. About a mile to East Beach (5-10 mins by bike) and 2.5 miles from Bay Street shops. Walking distance to the Cooked Goose for breakfast and lunch. There's also a great little farm stand and cooking store down the road. Big lawn and beautiful landscaping. Quiet, safe street and nice neighbors. We just moved in a year ago, so most of the furniture is brand new. Kitchen appliances new stainless steel with gas stove. No pets please, but kids are okay!
