Lovely large four level hosted home with two bedrooms and one full semi- private bathroom for rent room is for ONE occupant only no sharing. IF two guests are booked each for a separate room then the bathroom is shared otherwise it is private for one guest. Host has private bathroom in master bedroom. Just a short drive to Bishops Corner, UHART & Blue Back Square. Starbucks, Dunkin, Subway, pizza are all nearby. Very close to CIGNA, UHART, Met Life with downtown Hartford and Pratt & Whitney short drive. Nice seasonal screened porch for guest usage June-Sept. weather permitting. The kitchen has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster for guest usage. No cooking. Bathroom is private unless both rooms are booked then it would be semiprivate. The host/homeowner has her own bathroom within the master bedroom. There is a double wide driveway suitable for off street free guest parking for small or mid-sized cars only no trucks or large SUVs.
