The house is on 6 acres, and we are 5.5 miles/7 minutes to Windham mountain and Windham Village town. 10 minutes from Prattsville supermarket. 20 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Skiing, hiking, golf, waterfalls, biking, adventure parks, shopping and restaurants are all close by. Home is like new and meticulously clean. All kitchen amenities, wood fireplace, cozy beds, rec room, and all the comforts of home. Full basement has a pool table, darts, foosball, exercise station, and couch seating.
