Kick off your shoes and start enjoying your stay! You'll feel like you're on vacation as soon as you walk through the door, and you'll enjoy the open flow that our rental unit offers. There is ample gathering space for everyone. The large kitchen bar, dining area, and comfortable living room are the perfect places for friends and family to gather and enjoy meals, watch movies, and play games together. The porch off the living room can be utilized as another gathering space, or as its own quiet oasis. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a book or just relax while overlooking one of the community ponds. The primary bedroom offers a king bed as well as its own balcony. You'll enjoy the large soak-in tub in the primary bath as well. There are two additional spacious bedrooms that share a hall bath.
Don't feel like going to the beach? No problem. You'll be able to enjoy the large community pool just a short walk away from the rental! The owner also provides a couple of beach chairs, sand toys, and a boogie board in the outdoor storage space that you may use as at your convenience (please clean off and put them back in when finished using).
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $169.25

There is a tri-fold double size memory foam bed available in the room with the double and single beds. Please note that the linen package does not include sheets for this bed.
All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. Upon booking - the property manager will reach out to you and have you review and sign the lease agreement. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals.
