It features exposed wood beams on both floors, some exposed brick and white walls in common areas, giving it the feel of an intimate cottage retreat. This property also features intimate outdoor living spaces including a spacious deck, running the length of the home facing 209A Midland with privacy fencing and lots of room for grilling, eating, entertaining and hanging towels, storing chairs, kayaks and SUPs. The home features a second raised porch at the side entrance, above which there is a sun room with windows on three sides accessible to the two outside decks from a charming spiral staircase. The outdoor areas are decorated with umbrellas and pillows in vibrant beach blues and turquoise for comfortable outdoor living. Landscaped yard includes mature pine trees that offer additional privacy. This home is situated on a private back lot off Midland Avenue, the desirable first cross street on Lewes Beach rendering it the closest street to the Dairy Queen, East of Maui, downtown historic Lewes and Cape Henlopen State Park which offers bike trails and access to the ocean. Access to off street parking is through the alley with private and quiet entrance to home a few steps away. Additional street parking is also available on Midland Ave with a private, landscaped path leading from the back unit to the street. Trash receptacles for both units are on Midland Ave. An outdoor shower is located at back of this house supplementing two full indoor bathrooms.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
