Summary: We had a lovely time on our beach vacation! The house was clean and ready for us at the appointed time. We noticed a few light bulbs were burned out in several places, ones you would not notice in the daytime, and notified our host; they were replaced for us the next morning. We loved the screened-in porch!! Location is perfect - about a block to the beach. Found that the beach access on 42nd Street was easier as we could pull our beach wagon farther on a "sidewalk" surface across the sand. Ample beach towels were provided. The two refrigerators (entry level and kitchen) were great for our 6 adults and 4 children needs. Definitely recommend both the beach house and the location!
