The open-concept floor plan features gleaming hardwood floors and a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel full-size appliances, and custom cabinets. The bar area has a beverage cooler for added fridge space. The large screened-in decks on both levels are perfect for enjoying Fripp's sub-tropical climate.
There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This bedroom has an en-suite bath with a shower and double sinks, as well as access to a private screened-in deck. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs have access to a shared balcony. The guest bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, and the bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed. These 2 bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub shower combo.
