Through the original pocket doors, you`ll find the elegant dining room, complete with built-in cabinetry, a large dining table, and a bar cart—ideal for hosting memorable gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to effortlessly prepare homemade meals.
The main floor also offers two bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom featuring an original clawfoot tub. The first bedroom includes a full trundle bed with a twin underneath, and a desk, perfect for those who need a quiet workspace. The second bedroom features a queen bed, another original marble fireplace, and ample closet space.
Upstairs, you`ll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom is highlighted by a stunning king bed, a large armoire, an original marble fireplace, and a smart TV. This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or `gathering` no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.
🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
