The Space
Take your first step into this charming and spacious, 3-story townhome. It offers 4 Bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms making it the perfect choice for families and friends. Here you can unwind and connect, knowing every detail has been considered.
1st Floor: Hallway leading to the first of several common areas. This cozy living room features a comfortable sofa facing a Sling tv, an accent chair, and a coffee table. Kick your feet up, watch a movie, and unwind in this well-decorated and warm space.
On this floor, you'll also see the first bedroom. The room has a cool, neutral color palette that feels clean, calm, and airy. The large window allows natural light to pour in, but the grey blinds cover the sun when necessary. By the window is a rocking chair and side table, making it an ideal spot for reading and quiet time.
2nd floor: Open floorplan kitchen, dining room, living room, and access to balcony. This floor has more than enough seating for your group, between the barstools, sofas, and chairs.
The modern kitchen is equipped with stunning walnut cabinets, upgraded stainless steel appliances, and a large granite island with four barstools.
The living room features a couch and tv and leads to a practical half-bathroom for your convenience.
3rd floor: The third floor offers three bedrooms.

Important Things to Note:
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $250, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).

We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first week of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Baby Bundle :
If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs prior to your arrival.
