With only 55 condos being rented at Phoenix IX you can rest assured that you will have a nice relaxing vacation without hundreds of people crowding around.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room with 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and a second bedroom with a King bed, there is also a Queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
