It has 6 bedrooms 4.5 baths, gourmet chef’s kitchen with all Miele appliances and custom cabinetry, adjacent to a huge family room connecting to walkout patio, plus a formal dining room with 12 feet high ceilings, and a 2-story 700 sq. feet foyer, perfect for a cocktail party.
The house is very kids friendly: there are two beautiful kids suits with a playroom, lots of toys, books and games and a brand new kids playground in the backyard.
Plenty of toys and entertainment for the big kids too: pool table, foosball table, outdoor ping pong and an outdoor hot tub (brand new for 2021 season).
