Summary: The pictures and descriptions of properties overlapped, making it difficult to understand what was included when booking. Pricing was inconsistent across different areas; I couldn't determine the final cost without reaching out to the property manager. The lack of transparent pricing left me feeling uneasy about potential extra charges, even after modifying my booking. I was bombarded with messages asking me to confirm my booking with the incorrect guest count and upgrade my reservation. I repeatedly clarified my guest count but kept receiving confusing messages, some attributed to "bot" errors. Unsolicited sales pitches for upgrades and modifications were annoying. I’ve stayed in many Vrbos and Airbnbs over the years, but Sunny Days was a major disappointment. The property lacked basic amenities like cookware, kitchen utensils, and flatware—3 spoons provided. After complaining about missing forks, a woman (who appeared to be living in her car) brought some over, but her presence was uncomfortable. The property was filthy: mold in the coffee pot, burnt food in the oven, dirty floors, dirty dishes and stains on the sheets. The oven had nonfunctioning heating coils; I had to buy a light bulb and cleaning supplies during my stay. The listing claimed there was a pool but it was actually for a different property. There were missing essentials like fans, washcloths, shampoo, and enough trash bags. It felt like I rented a dirty frat house. I would not recommend.
