This gorgeous home features an open concept living room, dining room and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with a huge center island, perfect for entertaining and watching a game on the 65” TV mounted in the living room, and a deck ideal for dining, with seating for eight, or simply relaxing after a day at the beach. Located just off the living room is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another bedroom, with full bathroom, and an office/flex room for those who can't quite fully disconnect on vacation. The 2nd floor offers a loft area, two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. If you're looking for some fun, the lower level is the place to be! Ping Pong, foosball, large TV and huge bean bags will keep you entertained. The 5th bedroom has two bunk beds and another full bathroom.

RECREATIONAL FACILITY PASSES- Passes are required by renters IF you want to use the facilities. Daily passes are $25 per person, or weekly passes are $100 per person Saturday @ 4PM through Friday 11pm. Children under the age of 5 are free when they're with an adult that has a pass. Facilities are not available to renters on Saturday until after 4PM which is rental check in and check out day.
LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.
