Spirit Ridge is a newer community in a fabulous location, nestled in an enclave of homes up on a ridge off of Bothell-Everett Highway. Within a two-mile radius you’ll find several grocery and specialty stores, dozens of shops, cafes, restaurants, and breweries, and you won’t want to miss the iconic “Anderson School,” a McMenamins Entertainment Center with a boutique hotel, pool, movie theater, and several restaurants with outdoor dining with live entertainment.
The home is adjacent to three new neighborhoods with brand new homes and townhomes being built as we write this. The nearby Safeway retail complex is expanding with new stores and a children’s daycare facility.
