Originally built in 1940, this property was recently renovated and modernized with the help of Missoula master builder Kevin Depuy of Depuy Construction. While the exterior logs of the cabin remain from the original house for historical preservation, the entirety of the rest of the property is brand new. Reclaimed wood from the Missoula Mercantile building was used throughout the cabin to give it a warm and rustic atmosphere. Brand new kitchen appliances and finishes, bathrooms, and bedrooms, along with a brand new loft and copper accents give the the cabin a modern environment for maximum comfort and functionality. Three bedrooms, one full, one queen, and one more spacious master king suite make the house perfect for families. Professionally designed lighting paired with big picture windows make for a very bright and pleasant space.
This delightful property extends outside, too. A newly built cedar deck, complete with outdoor furniture and a gas fire pit, is a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine or a delicious meal made from vegetables from the local Missoula Farmer's Market.
