Welcome to the Taylors Twins—TWO side-by-side living spaces under one roof! This duplex is located just 10 minutes from downtown Greenville and is perfect for groups or multiple families. With a total of 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half baths, the property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each side of the duplex has its own fully-equipped kitchen, cozy living space, dining area, and private deck.
You will have the entire duplex to yourself (2 side-by-side units under 1 roof).
**Each side of the duplex features the following:**
Dedicated parking for 2 cars in our large shared driveway (total of 4 cars for the full duplex). Additional free parking is available on the street.
A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals—refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker with coffee supplies. You'll also find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bakeware, and cooking essentials. There is also a dining table that comfortably seats six guests.
An open floorplan of the main level with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen Smart TV (no cable provided). This floor also has a half bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room offers extra sleeping space for guests. If you need to get some work done, there is also a dedicated desk and chair.
An upper level with 2 bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has a King bed with a Smart TV and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Each bedroom has a dresser for clothing storage. Ample towels, bathroom essentials, and toiletries are provided.
A large washer and dryer on the upper level. An iron and ironing board are provided in the walk-in closet off the King bedroom.
High-speed WiFi throughout the property.
A private outdoor deck, separated from the adjacent unit by a privacy fence.

A few things to note:
- Our neighborhood is transitional with a mix of old home, new homes, and even a church! The neighborhood hosts an eclectic blend of locals and tourists. While guests have never reported safety concerns during their stay, please note that this is a residential neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear everyday sounds like barking dogs, crowing roosters, or neighbors spending time outdoors. We even have a friendly neighborhood dog who likes to make the rounds and say hello :) Many popular restaurants and attractions are just minutes away. If you have any specific questions or concerns, I encourage you to check out previous guest reviews or reach out before booking!
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property.
- There are a couple of train lines about 1-mile away that run through Taylors. The house is very well-insulated, but during your stay you may hear train noises in the distance. Many of our guests have said they've never heard it, and some others say they were bothered by it. For our light sleepers, we've provided a white noise machine in each bedroom for your comfort. The vast majority of our guests do not complain.
- If you are bringing infants/babies, note that the home is NOT baby-proofed.
- This is a residential neighborhood so large events and loud parties are NOT allowed.
- We're looking for guests who are "verified", have positive reviews from other hosts, and are over the age of 25.
- Maximum of 12 guests per reservation.
