Walking distance to Streetcars, Rock 'n' Bowl, & Oak Street (local fav with restaurants, live music, shopping, etc.)!!! 15 minute drive to French Quarter. This is a large single family home in which I remodeled part of first floor raised basement into a rental unit adding a kitchen and 1bedroom plus living, dining & fenced courtyard with seating. Rental is approx. 850 sq. ft. and located on the 1st Floor with private parking space and entrance on the side street (Eagle). I currently live upstairs with my family.
