The house: Del Mar Château is a large country house nestled on a forested fresh water creek with two acres of blue sky privacy. The Château is three stories, seven bedrooms, and four bathrooms. The master suite and master bathroom are located on the first floor with french doors leading to the outside Jacuzzi/hot tub! A spacious foyer and library with fireplace greet you as you enter the Château. The great room/dining area, chef's kitchen, bathroom and laundry room and pantry complete the first floor.
The second floor has one large bathroom and four very spacious bedrooms; one with a beautiful fireplace. The third floor hosts a large bedroom and game room with game/pool table and a fourth bathroom. All rooms of the Château have spectacular territorial views.
The neighborhood: Del Mar Château is located just three minutes from downtown Gig Harbor in picturesque Crescent Valley. The Château is close to Gig Harbor's restaurants, shopping, and kayak rental.
