Small guest house in the backyard of our residence. House is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room/dining room and a kitchen. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and outside furniture. Since we live in the country and have well water, the kitchen includes a reverse osmosis water filtration system so you won't have to carry bottles of water. The water tastes what water should taste: nothing!

Summary: We were visiting Texas to attend my nieces graduation party. The home was quiet, clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities that one would need to eat in if desired, plenty of space to lounge on the couch, watch tv, cool down from the warm sunny Texas weather! We asked the host a question and they answered within minutes. It was a pleasant experience and would stay there again.
