The walkout ranch lake house is situated on a wooded lot with 135 feet of private sandy beach front and your own dock on 100 acre all sports Sunrise Lake. There are also 10 acres of private wooded walking trails. The home features spectacular views with floor to ceiling windows, a wraparound deck, 3 season porch, and a fireplace. Just down the road is 100's of acres of state forest with hiking, ORV, and dirt bike trails. Snowmobile trail access is nearby as well. Only a few minutes to drive to town and restaurants, a 30 minute drive to Cadillac and 1 hour to Traverse City.
