Enjoy the sunroom, which features a cozy sectional, skylights, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. It’s the perfect room for games, reading, bird watching, and enjoying the view on one of the prettiest lakes in Tennessee. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and plenty of seating to hang out and watch the game or a movie. The lower level has a pool table and plenty of board games, just in case inclement weather keeps you from the lake. The dock sits on year-round, deep water. Bring or rent a boat for fishing skiing, or tubing. The dock has a swim ladder, two slips and the ability to moor two more boats. We also have a kayak, paddle board, and floats. Outside you’ll find a basketball hoop, Cornhole, and fire pit area overlooking the lake. Perfect for S’mores or a cold beverage after a long day of sun and fun. The house is equipped everything you’ll need to cook with, including a gas grill, crockpot, and double oven. Grocery stores and Walmart are in nearby Tullahoma or Winchester. Non-lake activities include hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, drive-in movies, the Beechcraft Staggerwing Museum, tours of nearby George Dickel and Jack Daniel’s distilleries, and wonderful motorcycle and sportscar routes.
