Summary: An old home turned into apartments. Small and comfortable. Every room has a refrigerator, but the big fridge, microwave and kurig are down in the main lobby.
I come for the jetted tub and fireplace.
Close to everything downtown, with a Starbucks right behind it.
I checked in one night, and one of the guestrooms were wide open, but the guests were no where to be found. I let the people know about this, and they came right away to make sure everything was ok.
Ive already stayed here 5 - 10 times, and will definitely keep coming back.

Summary: Place was good for the money, little run down, toilet kinda awkward, both beds pretty rough to sleep on. But AC worked, had a kitchen, no bugs. So overall it was good for a budget stay.

Summary: Such a cute apartment. Very clean and everything we needed. Many things to do close by. Loved the bike trails and the river for paddling.

Summary: Great place to stay right in the heart of downtown. Overall the instructions for parking and entering the building were very clear and easy to understand. The suite was clean. Came with extra amenities like a electric fireplace and a fridge. The jacuzzi bathtub is definitely big enough for two people. The bed was comfortable and clean. Plenty of pillows.
A couple things I would suggest would be more detailed pictures of what comes with each room and the entrance way that leads up to the second floor. The outside walk way from the parking lot to the front door is lil uneven and caused me to trip once. No temp control for individuals rooms. A small fan in each room wouldn't be a bad option. Overall great place to stay. I would definitely book again.

Summary: Our stay at LaSalle Guest House was very enjoyable. The location (walkable to the Embassy Theatre and the Grand Wayne Convention Center) and multiple dining options was perfect. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The reception room with coffee and snacks was an unexpected bonus. Logistical info (door codes, parking instruction, etc.) was communicated in a timely manner. Attention to a few small items would complete the picture: the room was lacking an iron and ironing board. When travelling, the ability to iron dress shirts is a must. The closet had only two hangers. (This was rectified on day 2 of our stay - thank you). A box of Kleenex/tissues would be nice. Two drinking glasses would also be appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend LaSalle Guest House!

Summary: The apartment was clean, but the traffic noise was HORRIBLE. Lots of street racer cars speed by and the gaps around the window unit AC could be sealed to help with noise. I stuffed pillows around the unit and it helped. There is one small, hard love seat. Between that and the traffic noise the living room was very uncomfortable. There also aren’t any privacy curtains on the windows. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced place downtown to spend the night this place is ok because the bedroom door keeps out the street noise. If you’re looking for a place to relax, look elsewhere.

Summary: Convenient to Embassy Theatre. However, road noise at night made me feel I was at a drag racing strip.
