2 Bedroom Apartment in Dixie - Berryhill, Charlotte
Looking for renters for our two-bedroom fully furnished studio apartment. The master bedroom is VERY large, and the second bedroom can accommodate a twin size bed only. It includes a washer and dryer, all utilities, and two TV's with Fire sticks that have free Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, and YouTube TV for your live programming. It is available now, and would require at least a 12-month lease agreement.
This is a fully furnished Studio Loft apartment located on the second floor of our family home. It is a completely separate living space with a separate entrance to come and go as you please. You will have full access to the entire upstairs apartment, as well as all of the neighborhood amenities. You will have privacy at all times. We can't see/hear you, and you can't see/hear us!!!
We are Nestled in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in South Charlotte. Our loft apartment is very close to the airport and an easy drive to Uptown. Also, we are within walking distance to public transportation (bus), restaurants, the nearby shopping, and grocery store!
Rent is $1500/month with a $750 refundable security deposit. If you have a pet, there will be a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. PETS MUST ALWAYS BE ON A LEASH WHEN OUTSIDE.
IF YOU PREFER TO USE YOUR OWN FURNITURE, WE ARE WILLING TO MOVE OUR FURNITURE OUT.
