Maple Place is home away from home and set in the middle of many things to visit and explore. Stores and shops close by. 5 minutes to I-93 and Rt-101. 8 minutes to SNHU. 6 minutes to McIntyre Ski resort. 40 minutes to the beach. 54 minutes to the center of Boston. 18 minutes to Manchester Airport (MHT).

We decided on the name “Maple Place” since we found many maple trees on the property and loved to visit the maple syrup farms in the area. We moved into this house in 2017 and for the last few years we have tapped over 50 trees in our yard and boiled the sap for syrup. If you able to stay with us in the late winter months we are boiling sap every weekend. We would be happy to show you our little project and what we have done so far.
