Quietly next to the park at the end of a dead-end street, but still within 5-10mins of all Boston city amenities! Full sun-filled kitchen, home office, laundry room, outdoor patio, on-site parking. Come enjoy!
The Space:
Our home has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The top floor consists of the master suite with attached bathroom and a home office. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom along with laundry. The first floor is an open layout living area with kitchen dining and living areas.
There is one driveway parking spot available with plenty of free on street parking for additional cars. There is also a small private backyard that abuts the park.
Guest Access:
The home is the left half of a duplex. Our home is Unit #1 and is on the left side when approach the front porch. You have sole use of our house during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
Green space: Our front and back doors literally open into Franklin Park -- no need to even cross the street! Please browse the "Additional Pictures" to see details on distance to local attractions within the Park, including the famous Franklin Park Zoo.
Public transit: We are also a very short walk to the Orange Line T station which will take you easily to downtown Boston.
Public bikes: there are multiple "Blue Bikes" parking areas within 5-10 minutes walk from our house.
