It has 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms. The first master bedroom has a king-size bed and balcony overlooking the pool and the water. The attached bathroom has a free-standing tub, shower, and double vanity. The second and third guest bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed for sleeping 4 in each room. The last guest bedroom, which is the second master suite, has a king-size bed and a crib set up for families. The closet has a bouncy seat and toys for smaller children. This house has stairs and no elevator, so children need to be monitored accordingly.
This home features a bay-front heated pool area with plenty of seating. **Pool heat begins after November 15th; if heat is requested before that time, there is a $20/day charge for pool heat** Relax and enjoy a book or eat meals outside. Inside, you will find an open layout kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. Tierra Verde was once 15 islands covered withmangroves, pines, and brush. These islands ranged in size from only a few acres to the largest, Cabbage Key, having over 289 acres. For centuries, Native Americans used the islands for ceremonial and burial grounds. A marker remains on the east side of Pinellas Bayway, just north of East Shore Drive, where Native American relics were found in a typicalshell mound excavated when the road was built to Fort De Soto Park. The islands were sacred ground to Native nations as far back as 500 years ago, archaeologists suggest, and deadly conflicts occurred when outsiders trespassed.
