The Ingleside Neighborhood is a true gem; it is a dynamic yet serene neighborhood in San Francisco. It has the urban beat, yet our neighborhood is completely residential. Our neighbors range from recently immigrated families, families that have lived in their home for more than 40 years, hipsters, artists, people working in the tech industry, youthful millionaires, and educators and environmental workers (like us).
This lovely and spacious (compared to other San Francisco apartments) 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in-law unit is in the quiet part of the city, yet close to everything: restaurants, parks, and BART, Caltrain, and numerous MUNI lines.
The 1923 Spanish Revival House has an new downstairs in-law unit is 1000ft2 (93m2) with two bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is quiet and spacious and comes fully furnished. The access to the apartment is through a garage entry. The back door opens into a private serene patio (just for the in-law unit), which connects to our lovely shared backyard. The living room and dining room has a dining table and chairs, comfortable and soft sofa, and a media center with a TV and Apple TV system. The dining and living room is adjacent to the nice sized and fully stocked kitchen. The hallway from the kitchen leads to a full sized bathroom and two bedrooms. There is a queen sized bed #1 and a full sized bed in the bedroom #2; both are new, comfortable mattresses that are not too firm not too soft, allowing for a solid night's rest. We have an attachable high chair, baby tub, and potty for your littles upon request.
