Every place has a story, and this one starts with a smaller one-bedroom nearby and a very unexpected Texas-sized twist. When a certain famously charming Texan with an unmistakable drawl decided to purchase our first place, we suddenly found ourselves able to dream a little bigger. One upgrade later, this home was born. We like to joke that it’s only fair to name it after “Matt,” because without that perfectly timed purchase, this place wouldn’t exist.
